The 2010 German Grand Prix returns to Hockenheimring after being held at Nürburgring GP-Strecke in 2009.
In 2008 Champion Lewis Hamilton won the 2008 German Grand Prix for McLaren–Mercedes, at Hockenheim. Former German Grand Prix winners in the field for 2009 include Fernando Alonso of Renault and Rubens Barrichello of Brawn GP. Barrichello and Alonso have also been successful at the Nürburgring when the circuit hosted the European Grand Prix.

Who can forget Red Bull-Renault’s hot ticket Mark Webber’s glorious win last year. Australian Mark Webber took both his first pole positions and his 1st Grand Prix win, with Sebastian Vettel winning second, giving Red Bull their third 1-2 of 2009. Championship leader Jenson Button could only manage fifth.
At the beginning of the race Mark Webber and Rubens Barrichello were side by side coming to the first corner where Webber clashed wheels with Barrichello, for which he later received a drive-through penalty. The Brawn driver still succeeded in leaping the Red Bull driver to take the lead. Lewis Hamilton also made a fast start in the McLaren and played for the lead, but slightly touched Webber at the first corner and received a puncture, ending his opportunity for points. He lost a lap in the pits, ultimately finishing 18th, still one lap down. Jarno Trulli also collided with Kazuki Nakajima’s Williams at the first corner, and the Italian had to pit for a new nosecone for his Toyota, leaving him at the back of the field with Hamilton.

As for the circuit, it is no surprise that it will provide a real mix of corners with low and high speeds. Every part of the circuit will test skills of cars and drivers, like mechanical grip, technical abilities, etc.

Astazi incepe Campania de promovare a pensiilor private

In cadrul Conferintei Nationale de Pensii Private, reprezentanti ai Camerei Deputatilor, ai Comisiei de Supraveghere a Sistemului de Pensii Private si ai operatorilor din piata de profil, au dezbatut asupra necesitatii si sigurantei sistemului de pensii private.

"Trebuie inteles faptul ca atat societatile de administrare a fondurilor de pensii, cat si fondurile sunt entitati distincte, banii sunt tinuti de o banca depozitara, iar fondurile de pensii nu pot da faliment", a precizat Mircea OANCEA, Presedintele CSSPP.

Totodata, in cadrul Conferintei s-a precizat ca stadiul incipient al sistemului are cateva dezavantaje, cum ar fi slaba informare a populatiei si nivelul scazut de pregatire al agentilor de marketing. "Nivelul de pregatire al agentilor poate aduce prejudicii de imagine atat sistemului, cat si companiilor de care apartin", a declarat Mircea OANCEA.

"In ceea ce priveste campania de comunicare organizata de CSSPP, va pot spune ca joi vor pleca spre potentialii clienti ai fondurilor de pensii primele materiale informative redactate cu ajutorul Comisiei", a mentionat Presedintele CSSPP.

Modificari legislative pentru activitatile de marketing a pensiilor administrate privat

CSSPP a aprobat modificarea Normei nr. 25/2007 privind marketingul pensiilor administrate privat

Consiliul Comisiei de Supraveghere a Sistemului de Pensii Private (CSSPP) a aprobat saptamana trecuta Norma nr. 29/2007 pentru modificarea Normei nr. 25/2007 privind marketingul fondului de pensii administrat privat. Conform CSSPP, Norma nr. 25/2007 a fost modificata pentru „a asigura un cadru echitabil, flexibil si dinamic in desfasurarea activitatii de marketing a fondurilor de pensii administrate privat”.

Schimbarile se refera, in principal, la doua situatii: pe de o parte, situatia in care un agent solicita rezilierea contractului de mandat: termenul in care administratorul/agentul de marketing persoana juridica are obligatia sa notifice CSSPP in vederea retragerii avizului acestuia se stabilste la 5 zile. In al doilea rand, situatia avizarii agentilor de marketing, in care administratorul/agentul de marketing persoana juridica este obligat sa transmita CSSPP impreuna cu celelate documente si contractele de mandat semnate, inclusiv anexele la acestea.

Totodata, pentru eliminarea confuziilor ce pot aparea intre consultantii de pensii private (agentii persoane fizice) si brokerii de pensii private (societatile autorizate ca brokeri de pensii private), se interzice consultantilor sa utilizeze denumirea de „broker”.

Actul normativ a fost transmis la sfarsitul saptamanii spre publicare in Monitorul Oficial, urmand a fi disponibil, la data publicarii sale, si pe site-ul institutiei, www.csspp.ro, la rubrica: Legislatie.

10 sfaturi pentru alegerea corecta

1. Consultati ofertele cat mai multor administratori autorizati de CSSPP, sau, daca este posibil, consultati chiar toate ofertele.

2. Verificati daca agentii de marketing care va contacteaza sunt avizati de catre CSSPP.

3. Verificati actul unic de aderare si elementele de siguranta ale acestuia, respectiv seria si numarul unic alocat de catre CSSPP si datele de contact ale administratorului.

4. Verificati autorizarea administratorului, a prospectului si a fondului de pensii, respectiv numerele si data deciziilor de autorizare emise de catre CSSPP, trecute pe actul de aderare.

5. Cititi cu atentie prospectele schemelor de pensii prezentate de catre fiecare agent de marketing. Puneti intrebari despre toate acele aspecte pe care considerati ca trebuie sa fie lamurite.

6. Tineti cont de: comisioanele de administrare, politica de investitii a fondului, comisioanele de transfer, modalitatea de informare si raportare catre participant si, nu in ultimul rand, experienta administratorului. Toate aceste elemente se regasesc in prospectul schemei de pensii pe care agentul de marketing este obligat sa il prezinte participantului inaintea semnarii actului de aderare.

7. Atentie la semnarea actului individual de aderare, care este un contract scris incheiat cu administratorul fondului ales si care trebuie semnat si de administrator si de agentul de marketing.

8. Actul individual de aderare se redacteaza in doua exemplare si se semneaza in original. Un exemplar sa se pastreze de catre administrator si unul de catre persoana care a aderat la acel fond. Agentul de marketing va va solicita o copie a actului lor de identitate, cu semnatura olografa.

9. Semnati un singur act individual de aderare. Daca ati semnat mai multe acte de aderare, la finalizarea procesului de aderare initial veti fi inscris in Registrul participantilor ca “invalidat” si veti fi repartizat aleatoriu de catre CNPAS.

10. Alegeti un fond de pensii administrat privat. Daca nu ati ales niciun fond si sunteti obligat de lege sa alegeti, respectiv aveti pana in 35 de ani, veti fi repartizat aleatoriu de catre CNPAS.
